If there was ever anything that was going to stunt the epic stats of Josh Mansour it was a tedious injury. He was a week-by-week proposition for returning to the team almost every round and the indecision clearly tolled his vitality.
PLAYER RATING: 6/10
There was still a lot of the Sauce we knew. Big metres, clean tries and more tackle breaks than the opposition combined were the standard fare early in the season and there was no way he was being forced from his favoured wing position.
Returning from injury he just wasn’t the same player, within his shell for large portions of games.
We’re happy to write off the 2015 season for Mansour. We know we can rely on him for big things and a return to match fitness in 2016 will bring back the Josh of old.
